Social Competition at Hípica Can Vila

The centre organized its last competition in 2009, in which 50 pairs competed. Laura Colomer, of Hípica Can Vila, was awarded the “Best Pair Award”.

The competition began with a Reprise for the youngsters, in which there were only figures in a walk and a trot. In this test, all of the participants were from the Hípica Can Vila school-centre, led by Laura Colomer.

The victory went to Cristiana Ranea, riding TACAT, followed by Marta Terrades with CARETA. TACAT repeated on the podium, ranking third and this time ridden by Mery Ranea.

Next, the Reprise A.P. was contested with the judge Dominique Grillot, a national Classical Dressage judge. Aleix Palomares won the Reprise with ELEGIDO, followed very closely by Georgina Massanes riding KING. Lidia Monteoliva ranked in third place with TRUC.

Reprise 1 had the greatest participation: 17 pairs. The winner was Julia Ramón, of the Hípica de Arenys de Mar, riding on VERSACE. Joan Mallol, horse rider of the Yeguada Las Lunas, was placed second with EYRON, followed by Mey Deulofeu, riding on MIO.

In Reprise 2, 5 pairs took part. In first place was Mari Calero, with OBIDIO Z and Laura Puig was second with BEEFEATER, of Can Tramp. An equestrienne from the organizational club, Laia Pagès, obtained third place with FER MAMADOU.

The following test that was contested was the Reprise 1A. The podium consisted of 3 equestriennes of the Hípica Can Vila: Laura Colomer, riding ZURITO XXVIII: Anna Vidiella with ORDAGO V, and Cristina Fiameni, with DANZARIN XVII.

The competition concluded with Reprise 4, in which the equestrienne from the C.I.E., Carmen Rodríguez, won with POLDARK. Rounding out the podium were two pairs from Hípica Can Vila: Joan Mallol, riding DORADO and Anna Vidiella, with PEGASO.

Afterwards, it was time for the awards: the director of the competition, David Panadera, gave Núria Sánchez the “Award to the youngest participant”; Neus Gispert was presented with the “Effort Award” and Laura Colomer was awarded the prize for “Best Pair Award” for her Reprise with ZURITO.
